Search engines and assistive technology both read your site through its structure: clear headings, descriptive links, alt text, real text instead of images, and documents that open as actual content. We test five pages, homepage included, against WCAG 2.1 AA and deliver the report within 15 business days. A person does the testing, not just a scanner, because scanners miss most of what matters. You get the findings, a prioritized fix list and training resources for your editors, written so you can act on it with or without us. Fixes are quoted separately. Need more than five pages? We build the site you need and show you how to run it: new sites on WordPress or Squarespace, migrations between platforms, custom plugins, and front-end features like search and sort for a plain table. We also work with static sites and most other systems. To keep it affordable, we rebuild a design you already like instead of designing from scratch, and custom design is available when you want it. Most projects take a couple of weeks, and simple site setups typically run $500 to $1,000.

We convert your documents into formats you can use, like Doc, spreadsheet and HTML, with PDF accessibility as our main focus. Most documents are converted automatically, and your estimate is based on that, typically $1 to $2 per page. For mission critical documents, we add a human review of every page, typically $5 to $12 per page.

Data tooling is a custom tool built to view, edit and convert your data, whether that's CSV, JSON, XML, images or 3D models. Every tool is built around your files and how your team uses them, so it does the one job you need. Most are single page apps that run in your browser, and some are dashboards that read from your data sources. Tools like these can replace expensive software vendors or just make your job more pleasant or faster.
